Im going to attempt to reunite some Rifles with their correct matching port bayos.

Please PM or post here your rifle serial and bayo and scabbard serials.

PORT contract rifles only as they are the only german rifle to match the serials with the bayos.

Every PORT had a matching bayo at some point so lets give it a shot.

If you email me your info, it will be kept confidential and I will ask you before sharing it if I find a match.

This will be cross posted on k98k and GB and CGN

Need the following parts for one
ejector box assy eagle 655/ serial #98
flat butt plate same markings
bayo lug same markings.

These are same parts as a standard K98, so if you have these please PM me!

Also if you have a Port stock with flat butt plate and serial ends with 98 let me know.

I have one stock serial # 81 (flat) and another can't remember serial # with 135 proofs and cupped butt plate (later issue).

Well I am announcing success. I have matched a rifle and missing bayonet. I wont release any names as I dont have permission, but we have had success.
