Hey guys heres my situtation.

I was recently going through my gun club range rules as saw this:

All firearm transportation laws must be followed, ATT permits & registration papers must be with the shooter, Valid PAL.

Now regarding the ATT portion. All I have ever recieved for my restricted firearms are the temporary ATTs you get when you take a new purchase from the shop to your home.

Should I have recieved another ATT form or something that is alittle more permanent for travel between my home and my gun club?

Thanks for any help.

Yup. You're supposed to call when you get home and get the long-term ATT. I'm surprised you haven't had a visit from the boys in blue or even a phone call wondering why you haven't got an ATT. I believe getting caught transporting the firearm without an ATT carries some major consequences.

What province are you in?

But yes, restricted firearms are not allowed to leave their registered address without an ATT whether it be short term or long term. If you are in Ontario, your club applies for your long term ATT.
