I have a auto five date of manufacture is 1938. This is a three shot model with solid rib and trigger guard safety. Gun looks like it has only shot a few rounds as the bolt face is spotless. Not a scratch on this beauty.
I would like to sell this but not sure what grade this is. Any information is appreciated . Thanks

looks like a standard field grade .if it was anything other it would say like light or magnum on the other side of the recever .looks like a peach what you need out of it DUTCH

I wouldn't have thought a standard field grade had this much engraving on it . I was hoping it was a grade 2 or better . I will do some research for price. Thanks for the info.

The grade isn't going to affect price very much. Your Auto 5 is worth $400 to $600 at the highest. They simply do not command higher prices.
