auto casting vibrater

finaly a round to-it gets done. i fixed my casting vibrater and it works slick.
i laid the hair clipper , added a spring to the cutter ex cutter and this realy
makes it vibrate. a added a limit switch so it's on only when i push the mould
foward. out of 100 bullets ,3 rejects because of not enough melt in the ladle
to completely fill the cavity. i'm now working up a load with H110.
i,m useing the lyman 429421 semi wad cutter and there smokeing down range
at MACH 2.1. (MACH 1 is 1125 fps)

Steve; my wife and i sit on it while haveing ###. u ever watch concrete pour
in basment forms. ever wonder why they use a vibrator. this bullet pic
is from a room temp mould. i picked the bullets up with my bare hands
within 5 seconds after droping from the mould to cut the sprues off. this is a lyman 429421 mould that i converted to a nose pour so no sprue cutter.

do you place the mold on it as you pour or just after the pour is complete?
how long do you keep it on it?
can you show us what method you use to cut the sprue off

I just heat my molds up and when they are right there is no need to vibrate.

Heat the Moulds to save electricity (and effort).
