I dont have a dog in it, but in your world having to call a long list of dealers would be more efficient than typing 6 words to ask the distributor directly in their section online? Why do you think they have a section to begin with?

Its your plan thats sucks compared to his, actually.

What exactly about it being an old thread does it do to you or anyone else?

What's the point of keeping the site running if we're not supposed to use it as a discussion forum?

I remember when new members would get praised for utilizing the search feature rather then just start a new thread for sh!t that's already been asked.
Now a days older members just get excited for every opportunity to sh!t on a new comer.

Actually, it does.

About the only thing I'd expect from NS on this thread is for them to lock it without saying anything. Chances of you getting an answer from them that is anything other than "Call the dealers" is very low, because they are a distributor and do not know if dealers still have anything in stock - although given the timeframe of 5 years, its highly unlikely.

Thus, posting here is in fact a bigger waste of time than calling the dealers. If NS got more, they'd make a new post about it.

Typing 6 words online is not exactly time consuming.

If he doesn't get an answer, he wastes mere seconds.
If he does get an answer, he saves multiple phone calls.
Easy no brainer. Its hard to believe you need this explained really.

Hmm, I was under the assumption North Sylva wasn’t going to bring in any more of these. Their own words were: ‘there isn’t another shipment’ from a PM dated Dec.23’

Any chance of seeing paratrooper stock examples?
