auto ordnance m1 carbine

Reloading for the carbine is good too - runs through a progressive press with no issues (which is good, considering how easy it is to shoot a bunch) - I'll be ordering some Tula soon, even if I just keep it as a back up supply.

So how are these latest models holding up? Some of you had probably had the chance to run them a bit... any issues? Lots of older posts about issues with FTF and many of the same posts are suggesting it was merely a break in issue. Any other feedback? I'd like to pick one up.

I use mine a fair bit, it's a fun gun to shoot, and cheap to feed using Tula Ammo. Any failure to feed seem to be related to the mag more than the rifle itself. I got some 5 rounds mags from Brownell and they seem to work well.

I owned one and it ran smooth as silk, the KCI mags are a little finicky sometimes but my auto ordinance was a hoot to shoot and I shot mostly American eagle with no trouble whatsoever they are a bit pricey though I have seen a lot of USGI M1's in very nice shape for cheaper than these are taxes and shipping in but they are available ??!!

Of course USGI's are cheaper. They are surplus after all. They are also restricted. People seem to forget that the added cost is from Auto Ordnance making special runs of barrel's, ONLY for the Canadian market.
