autocomp vs titegroup for 230gr .45 acp?

I'm loading up some ammo to do a review with, but since all I shoot is 9mm usually the only powders I have are those 2. anyone got any data/experience with them? something that makes 165pf would be the best if you have chrono results out of a 1911

the autocomp is for my open gun if it ever gets back from my smith
