I am looking into getting a personal clay thower like one of the do all ones and was wondering what the feeling are about them and a good Canadian dealer.

We bought the do all white quail and it was complete junk,we tried every setting we could think of to get it to stop breaking clays,Maybe we just got the lemon,who knows but we ended up sending it back and buying an atlas and it throws perfect.now if i could just hit the damn clays life would be good.
 
Been a few years, but we had an Atlas clay thrower, and it worked pretty good. It was just a small model that threw 1 to 2 clays, and could be adjusted from high birds to low rabbits, and I don't remember it jamming up.

I have an Atlas Patriot with wireless remote for my personal use. Our club also operates Atlas 50's and a AT 250. I have had some breakage with my machine. Not much but enough to be a PIA. The other traps work flawlessly so I'm thinking my machine can be better with some fine tuning. The people at Atlas are top notch and are always eager to help. My remote has a variable delay feature that really ups the fun factor when shooting alone. Set the delay at up to 6 sec., push the button on the fob and get ready. Great fun.:)
 
me and 2 others went in on a champion robotic clay launcher -- got it new for a terrific price ( $350 if I remember ) at the local gun shop
launched well over 10,000 clays without a hick-up - best investment ever !! will NEVER go back to the spring operated or hand thrower
 
Our club has been moving to the Promatic Traps, they are not built in Canada but they have distributors in Canada (though you can deal direct if you want to). We are very happy with them and they have a very wide selction depending on what you want to do, not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
 
We bought a do-all "white wing", Cheaper than the white quail and much better working. So far around 500 clays and works with perfect. Perfers the tru-flight neon orange clays vs the black cheapies from walmart.

Very happy for the price
 
The CNSCA will have promatics for sale following the Nationals and North American Grand Prix in July if you can wait that long. Model list should be available in January, machines available end of July. Send me a pm if interested.

I have a Do all white quail. I love this thrower. We have shot over 3000 clays and it been wonderful. My Friend belongs to a sporting clay range in USA. They use same model. Over 10000 clays thrown with out any problems.

I have a Winchester Western automatic trap for personal use at my farm, and bought a 270 bird loader from Ian a few years ago. The loader eliminated the did of a person in the trap house to load the birds. The trap and loader both work great, we shoot all summer with it. It would take allot to wear out an old white flyer Winchester trap machine.
 
I just picked up a Champion Wheelybird from LeBaron's. 500 clays thrown in the last two weeks, no problems. Awesome!

And they work very very well.

While the cycle time is not quite as fast as some of the paddle type throwers (splitting hairs it takes another .4 seconds to #### compared to the paddle type) the target presentation is a lot more consistent, and if you use white flyer targets and the olympic arm that Ian can source, you can get those clays accelerated up to some truly terrifying speeds.

I really love mine!
