I concur with the two above posts. I was just talking with one of the owners (Scott) of Atlas the other day and he told me they ship to Canada quite frequently.
One of my main questions was to have the machine wired for 110 instead of 12 volt and was told that wouldn't be a problem and will be done for me at their factory before being shipped.
Anyway, after reading reviews for the past year or so on the many different brands available, the phone to call with Atlas sold me. When the funds are available and I am ready to order, I'm going to get the Patriot model, (but I'm really wanting the AT250!) In the mean time, I'll just keep using my manual or hand throwers when I can't get to the range...
