I believe I saw this on Shooter's World powder site, maybe 4-5 yrs ago, a warning that RL22 is no longer made by the same mfgr as Norma is using, believe that was Bofors. Apparently they have now switched mfgrs to Lovex. Check on Shooter's World powder site on that. Many years ago, I think it was Art Alphin that first published that RL22 and a Norma were the same, in the Swift data. Quite a while since I researched that info, seeing as Norma was hard to get in Cda for quite a long while.
