just wondering if i can get an average selling price for these guns that my grandfather is selling. pics will be up soon so no worries.

ithaca model 72 lever action 22 magnum. good condition but the blueing is wearing off from use.

brno model 581 semi .22lr. good to very good condition. (gift to me, not selling just curious of value. apparently a local smith said it was worth alot of money)

remington model 74 semi 30-06. id say its in very good shape for being an older gun.

there is also a newer beretta semi 12 gauge but im not sure of the model.

he was going to advertise them cheap just to get rid of them but i figured id get some rough price ranges from cgn. ill try to have pics up tommorow.

The Beretta is worth money. You need to know the model and condition to know how much.

The Ithaca is a crap-shoot since Ithaca went under for the third time and there are no parts. But a lever gun in .22 mag will always have a buyer, no less than $150.

The 74 might fetch $300.

Brno, I have no idea whatsoever.

HTH.

the beretta looks like new. id rate it as excellent condition for sure. its at least 5 years old but im thinking closer to 8 or 9 but i really dont know.

The AGE of the gun has almost nothing to do with its VALUE. You need to know the model number so people can help you.

If its a 390 or a 391, it'll be worth more than a 301,302, or 303 model.

Williams Arms, a Canadian site has a Brno model 581 listed in very good condition for $395 so that should give you some kind of idea.

finally got the model of the beretta. its an A303 in perfect condtion. except for a couple minor marks on the stock this gun could seriously pass for a new one from the factory.

how much should he be asking? ive got the ad ready to be posted, just need to figure out prices;)

how much should he ask for these guns with the scopes and slings?

$250, $350, don't know, don't know.

Keep the slings and sell them separately, you will get nothing for them with the guns.

If the Beretta has screw in choke tubes, you could ask $600.00, if not likely $450.00

comes with 3 factory chokes but we arent sure what they are as they only have dimples on the side of them as follows. 1, 3, 4. as well as a briley extended modified, undertaker turkey and a choke wrench.

thanks for the help guys. good thing i asked since one of my grandfathers "friends" offered him $350 for the beretta and he said thats the most he would get:rolleyes:

I already told you in post #6 on this thread. A CZ 511 is an improved Brno Arms 581 design and I just bought a new 511 for $399

If "a local smith said it was worth alot of money" sell it to him. Maybe he'll give you more then the $350-$400 it's worth.
