Just received my first order (a Sig Sauer Romeo5 Green Dot) from Londero Sports .....
Holy .....
As I have purchased stuff from just about every vender current & past on Gunnutz - my Benchmark for customer service / knowledge / shipping and general attitude is pretty well established. Londero checks all the boxes.
I called looking for a specific optic and was looked after by Xavier - upbeat and knowledgeable, he advised me about the optic, personally checked stock to make sure he had what we were talking about - and then took my particulars over the phone so as to avoid having to create an account etc.
A couple of days later I had occasion to call the shop again (re: different query) and while I was on the phone I took the opportunity to speak to their shipping dept. to check on my optics order. I had the distinct pleasure of speak to Lauréanne who apparently looks after Londero's shipping. OK, now Lauréanne has got to be the most upbeat, awesome shop rep I have ever spoken to - what a beautiful person !
Purchase with confidence, I know I have - and will again !!
