Just sitting back here after work watching Predator Quest which got me thinking about the Howa Axiom. Has anyone shot one? Whats the quailty, accuracy and just general ups and downs.
 
I never heard anything good about them, to tell you the truth hardly anyone seems to talk about howa. The few guys at the gun shops I quizzed about them didnt seem to impressed with them. Cool stock though!
 
Howa is much the same as Hyundai. Lots of options and looks cool, but zero quality and reliability. Don't let advertiizing fool you.
 
I have one in .223 for target shooting. Build is very good, have not had a chance to wring it out yet but have had a Vanguard in .223 was a real tack driver.
 
I can't even begin to think of how many "manufacturers" had their rifles built by Howa over the years. When they were building Weatherby's everyone thought they were fine? The rifles they built for smith and wesson looked okay too.

I watch this show too and thinking I would like to try one. I saw a black on at Pro-Line in calgary and it looked pretty good. I would like one of the camo ones. In 204 please.

I'd GLADLY take a new Hyundai over my Toyota. :rolleyes:

Clearly, someone ELSE has been brainwashed by the big three or Honda, choose your poison. :rolleyes:
