Axts ambi safety issue. Need some help!

Friend of mine is doing a build and we're having an issue with the AXTS ambi safety. When everything is installed, we function test the safety by placing on safe, and pulling the trigger. Doing this you can hear a small "click". When the safety is thrown on "fire" the hammer releases on its own.

We've tried re-installing it from step 1 several times with the same results. We did install a stock milspec safety and this part worked 100% safely and as intended. Parts are as follows:

BAD lower
Trigger tech AR15 trigger
KNS anti rotation pins ( small)
AXTS 45/90 ambi safety.

I haven't installed an AXTS before, so maybe we're missing something?

Didn't a couple CGNers have issues with their TT triggers and safeties when they dialed down the poundage too low?

What is the trigger pull weight set at right now?
