I was in a similar position...short answer is no. I would suggest to get one shipped from the US. If that is not an option, the one place i would try is Corlane sporting goods in dawson creek...they are a sporting goods store, but they also do custom builds so they may be able to get you one... here is there website http://corlanes.com/

edit:Alberta tactical rifle supply would probably be another good place to get one
