Just wondering; as you are the B&T distributor, have you or are you planning to bring them into the country?

John is it true that the rcmp has classified the APC9 as a prohib??

I know another dealer was saying it was (cough, CSC).

Yes, this has been ongoing with the RCMP for several years we are on the "Mark III" version now, all the changes had to do with the ease of conversion to full auto.

Does anyone have an address for the gun lab, maybe we could deliver late night Chinese and aderol and do an all nighter? I could hold their hand as they stamp papers?
Maybe they are backlogged making sure every Remmington 700 can't go full-auto?

Anything that isn't classified is essentially Prohibited until classified otherwise. Technically it's not actually classed as anything until the RCMP give it a status, but they're handled as Prohibited.

CSC has an APC9 available to rent if you'd ever like to try it out though. It's a wicked little sub-gun.

We have samples with the RCMP SFSS and we are waiting for their decision. The first submission was not acceptable to be non prohibited, I think we are up to the Mark III now.
