I'm looking to pick one of these rails up for my shotgun but I can't seem to find any supporting vendors with them in stock and I've tried google bu to no avail. Has anybody seen these in stock anywhere or knows where I could purchase one? I don't really want a used one and don't want to backorder. Thanks guys!

Examine why you want one, and why you want a quad railed forend on M4. The M4 is best when it's un-complicated.
Tried both the B&T, as well as the much cheaper (and crappier) Fab Defence one... went back to standard forend. You don't need/want a vert grip, and there are better ways to mount a light. Rails on this gun are heavy, awkward, and just don't feel right. My opinion only.
That being said - I think Wolverine is probably your best bet - but I'm unsure if they are in stock.

Saw wolverine had B&T for a great price at under $300.... Think I paid close to $500 when they first came out if memory serves. Great rail especially on the shorter M4 CQB
