I recently found a Mini Famae Saf for sale NIB. The man wants $3,000.00 Seems a little extravagant to me. I guess he figures since we cannot buy them new anymore that he can charge the big dollar. I have a Famae now and love it, and would dearly love to add it's smaller sibling to the collection, but damn that is a bit rich. I guess if you think about it though, a SIG CQB is the same price, and the Famae is a Sig design as well.

If you are looking at it as a collector's piece, think about it this way: There are guys who paid $2500 for their FAMAE's new and the guns are no longer available in Canada - never have been in the US. So with that in mind, $3000 is not an unreasonable price for a NIB piece.

SPI you might be right that it isn't all that unreasonable price for something that isn't available in the States or Canada anymore. I'm going to have to think about this. Thanks for the help guys.

It's not something that I take out and shoot much, but it's a fun gun and built solid as a rock. Ergonomics are great and it points naturally with the stock folded or extended. Relaibity with it has been 100% (it doesn't have a a whole lot of rounds through it mind you) and the rotating barrel is just plain cool.
