I'm Thinking Really Hard About Getting One Of These For My First Restricted, Does Anyone Here Have One Or Had The Chance To Shoot One, If So How Are They? Also Does Anyone Know If There Are Any After Market Parts For Them, If Anyone Has Pictures That Would Be Great Please Post

The TP9 has some rather interesting accessories.

Ultra-tacticool flashlight mount:

Plastic holster with trigger lock and quick release button:

also remember that the TP9 is available as a handgun in the states so should one of our importers take it upon themselves to have magazines made for it they COULD be 10 round mags ;)

if someone would step up and get them made and submit them.

Some consider it to be the most tacticool pistol in the world. Such a small weapon with so many rails.

Personally I am waiting for the bayonet attachment.

Seriously though, I rather like the product but have not had a chance to fire one yet. The holster in particular was very well designed.

No, need, the 10 rounders are already being manufactured:

I'm hoping questar will bring these in. They got us the legal 10 rounders of the AR's....

Here is an internal view for those who care about such things:

The reviews show that it is a well made and reliable product. Every article I found showed it performed flawlessly. The only grievance I have ever heard so far is that it isn't exactly the easiest thing in the world to strip down. Apparently everything is a bit too tight on a new TP9, but after a half dozen times it slides apart easily.

I'd get one in a flash if 10 rounders were availible. The MP9 is a pistol and uses the same mags, I don't see why we can't use those.

X2:)

Does the front grip come off?
In one pic it looks like it is permanent and another pic it shows you can put a flashlight there.

You will love this. You can mount a flashlight on the bottom for the grip as well!

Tacticool +1

They are a neat little gun to be sure. The trigger pull is long and mushy though, and until we get some 10 rounders approved they are really not that exciting to shoot. Mine has not been to the range in ages.

This is what I found on the Brugger and Thomet web site:
I think the TP9 Pistol version has a rail

and the MP9 version gas a fixed front grip.

If the TP9-Pistol mags are labelled as "Pistol" in anyway, then you can rock 10rnd mags. If not, special 10-rnd mags will have to be made for use in the TP9-Pistol and labelled as such; I don't think there are enough in the country to accomodate that.

That thing is mugly!

Why would anyone want to waste precious firearms dollars for such a big doofus of a pistol. It looks big and heavy compared to the traditional 1911 and sig's etc...

Add to that semi-auto only and a mag cap limits and I can't see why anyone would want one. Are they accurate? No. Are they cheap? No Are they easy to obtain? No. Are there many parts available for them? No. What is the point with this thing? Is this designed for the 17 year old mouth breathers that use the word "tacticool" without wincing in pain? (Ssss...Ouch.)

If it is not full auto (like MP5) then why would any 9mm need to be bigger than a normal handgun? You want a rifle, get a rifle, you want a handgun get a handgun. A hummer chassis with a Hyundia pony engine makes no sense even if it does look "tacticool". (Hmmmmmm.. damn that hurt.)

Just my two cents.
