Just getting back into things after an absence of several years. Sent in my renewal form and still waiting for my "magical card" to arrive by mail. In the meantime, I have been studying my butt off learning about various pistols and I would like to find a dealer if possible for this piece. Do these typically need to be imported, or are they generally in stock?

A few others of interest are the SR9 and the Glock 17, but would love to hear from someone who has owned/fired a Beretta Storm 9mm for some time also.
Thanks a bunch,

Kyle

They have them in-stock (the TP9). Amazing store.

Also, if you like the idea of a small carbine (TP9), take a look at getting the G17 (which you have interest in) and getting the KPOS platform for it.

Hey thanks for the prompt reply! I really appreciate the info and the modified glock is amazing I had no idea you could build one up like this. On the B&T TP9, can you remove that front grip? If so, would you happen to know if there is pic rails under there to mount a lazer site? So many possibilities, I will have to really think on this one to get the piece I really want....

Thanks again

There must be two versions, as the ones I've seen in stores have the front grip fixed. The picture above has one with a TLR-2 mounted underneath. Give Wolverine's a call and ask what they can order.

All very good info thanks for helping me out. I will get in touch with Wolverine and inquire about the US model. Hopefully it is a few bucks cheaper w/out stock and foregrip.
I've heard there is someone in Canada importing some BRS-99's, anyone used these and know what their reliability is like?

Thanx

I believe International Shooting Supplies in Surrey, BC had one a while back. They said it was used, but not a scratch on it.

Very cool looking firearm.

I had one and i am sorry i sold it.
Lots of fun and the only drawback was 5 rnd mag limit.Dont ask about getting any 10 rnd pistol mags because its been asked over and over in previous threads and it just wont happen.

There is something about buying something "Swiss Made" that gives a first timer like myself some buyer assurance. If I can find a reasonable price on a U.S. model I believe that is the route I will take. When my card arrives I will call some of the shops mentioned unless somebody already knows who is offering the best price on the U.S. model......

Thank you all for responding

Sorry....... Should have mentioned first timer for restricted, for many years was into hunting big game and ducks, geese, etc. Just as many years I have been interested in range shooting, so I am quite excited to try a new hobby and one I am sure I will enjoy.

If you can figure out the useless search function you can find some threads on the BRS-99. They are very solid and very reliable. Almost everything on the gun is made out of steel.

I want a TP9, but refuse to get one for the simple fact that the "PISTOL labeled 10rnd magazines" are prohibited in Canada (which makes no sense at all).

At least you guys can get the MP9 version here you have to buy a TP9 get an aftermarket foward grip and AOW it or get a fixed stock and SBR it.

Oh boo hoo... So you have to pay an extra tax and screw around a little bit more than you normally would? At least you don't don't need permission to take yours out of the house just to go shoot it.
