Back in the game

Good day to all. Just joined today and looking forward to some chats and advice. Have been a hunter, mostly waterfowl and upland game, for 25 or so years. Did a little shotgun and bow for Whitetail in the last 5 years and enjoyed it. I'm taking my PAL on the 29th so and advice would be appriciated.
I have my eye on a rifle I test drove on recomendation from a friend. Its a Stevens model 200. It seems to be a decent gun for a decent buck. Any suggestions on a scope ?

welcome to the site. lots of good advice in the optics section. for the money, cant beat a stevens.

welcome to the sight ! The stevens is a great starter gun. i find it has a really heavy trigger pull but is a for sure straight shooter at a good price. You might be able to find one in the Exchange forum for a good price
