Back pack adjustments

Its kinda hunting shooting related ?. ozark trails montpelier 45 L back pack . I looked for a website and you tube videos . Lots of reviews , but I,m looking for tips on adjusting the V 1 system ? for the back strap . Any tips would be great . I imagine there could be other packs of similar designs
I.m going to be using it as my new day pack for hunting . As I,m getting older I need amore better fitting pack to make trekking thru woods easier . TIA

I'm not familiar with that pack but for my mystery ranch packs heres how I do it and it works.

Get the belt centered on your Iliad crest and cinch it down nice and tight but not uncomfortable

Get your should straps just snug so there's not much room above your shoulder blades

Chest strap not very tight. Just enough to keep shoulder straps from sliding down.

Then give your load lifters a tug until you feel the weight just come off yours hips a bit.

This all is of course assuming that the pack is already fitted to you. Proper pack fit is extremely important especially if you're hauling any kind of weight

I bought a Mardingtop 65L + 10. I was loking for the same info. I just kept adjusting till it felt comfortable.

Just remember most of the weight should be on your hips
