Backpackers now in stock

Fun little gun but a tad worrying.. Finally got around to shooting it today and boy do 3" slugs kick. Unfortunately after shooting I noticed something protruding in the barrel... Turns out it was the paint like stuff used on the inside/outside of the barrel. Now I have a barrel that is exposed metal all the way down. I am not much of a shotgun guy so I am clueless on what to do haha.

Take the barrel's off and get them nickel plated, gold plated and wal ah. Done deal

Haha, you might have something there. Glad to see it isn't something too serious, but I do like that nickel plating idea....

It wil look crazy with nickel plated barrels, and long lasting protection

Any chance you'll be stocking 16ga ammo in the near future to feed these 30" versions? None of the places around where I live carry 16ga

Bumpity Bump :)

As a side note, anyone have a picture yet of 30" Barrel version?

just received mine.
deep helicoidal tool mark in the last few inches of the barrel, doesn't seems to be dangerous, well see.
action and generally REAL DIRTY. never had so much fitht in a factory gun.
they fixed the foreend problem with a big glob of solder, real messy.
front sight 1/16 inch protruding inside the barrel.
cant knock out the pins on the receiver, dont know why...
improperly fitted foreend (metal part).

kind of sad they cant make it proper for 150$, ive bought quality single shot for less then that, brand new.
on the bright side, the wood is great and the receiver is massive. will test it soon.

EDIT:
shoot great, had a couple of problem but due to the ammo, carry good in the woods too!
