Just bought the BAD A.S.S. selector and love it. Although the kit came with the standard and short switches, I was wondering what others think of the selector and if they have other levers on their platforms as well. Also, where can you get the other levers from?

there's a big thread where a guy's BAD lever jammed a case in the receiver. I googled BAD lever's problems after I read that. Apparently it's a nightmare.

How can that lever even be sold to people ?

I think you're thinking of the Magpul BAD lever for bolt hold open/release. This thread is about an ambi safety from Battle Arms Development.

We're the distributors for Battle Arms Development in Canada, what levers were you looking for?

Also, depending on which selector package you ordered (regular ASS vs. CASS), the selector lever variety will vary.

Thanks Justin. Actually I just got it from you guys. Will you be getting in any of the other levers separately, like the thin or hybrid one?

The thin or hybrid are the only ones I like. The others I have various issues with.

I have no idea what the guy is talking about with jamming casings.

I think that gent was confusing the BAD ASS with the Magpul BAD Lever.

We have the short/thin, hybrid, and crank levers on order for the ASS. Those levers do not exist yet in the 'CASS' (Dovetail + torx screw) type.

I have one with hybrid selector switch's, not a big fan, though they look cool. Going to change it when I get a chance. When I got it from OST, they had been nice enough to toss in the standard selector switches in the package when they shipped. Mine has a "sticking" issue I've yet to troubleshoot. Lever gets stuck half way in between safe and fire, you have to rock it back into it's former position and try again with a little more authority, after that it usually gives. Don't think it's a issue with the actual levers but something in the receiver.
