Brownells has them in stock if you dont mind spending a bit more for shipping etc.

Last time I emailed Brownells, B.A.D. wasn't registered for export outside the USofA.

I had one in my cart the other day and there was no mention of export issues. It told me I couldn't order froglube right away because it's "Hazmat". If it is restricted, I stand corrected.

Yes. B.A.D was not on the list that can be shipped outside US. That's why I did not bother with brownells.
