I'd like to believe that they're not purposely scamming people, but I've caught some mistakes there that woulda had me pretty upset if I went ahead and bought it without verifying through a pic request.Epps is at it again, im surprised anybody does business there.
If you bought a certain gun that they listed and they sent you a different one, then they should refund your money and shipping cost or offer to make it right a different way, i would be ***ed if i payed $400 for something and got something different.
...I bought $150 worth of ammo for this gun while i was waiting for it in the mail, so that would just go to waist?

It happens but it sucks. At least you didn't get a dodge mini van instead of a new dodge ram 1500 delivered to your address lol. Buddy of mine had it happen recently lol.
"Hey I have your car here, just need to you to sign here...(unloading the car)"
"Yeah....thing is ..... That's not mine"
Dodge we're good though and sent him it out the next day with a $200 fuel voucher. Pretty nice of them.

This. Their mistake, their problem. You should get a refund.
Been there in person a few times, left empty handed every time.
Staff is too busy yakking it up with friends dropping in to buy a $4 fishing lure
Ever hear the phrase: "Never count your chickens till they hatch", well you can be pissed all you want about the mix up, but for buying ammo before the gun arrives.....I just have to shake my head. Almost like spending your lottery winnings before the actual draw date.
