Bad day at the range with my new 10/22

I own the world's most abused 10/22... I've had it for over 20 years, it's shot literally 1000's and 1000's of rounds in that time and honestly I can't remember EVER cleaning the gun once and it has NEVER once miss fired or jammed....Jamzilla, I think NOT....that was the name of my 10/22's predecessor a Remington Nylon 66. :)

You are one lucky guy. I have owned 2 x 10/22's and I sold both of them because they jammed all the time. I have 2 friends that had the same issues with theirs and sold them as well.

I had my bolt worked on ie: Raidised,Chamferd,Head Space and Pinned firing pin plus polished. The work was done by Que on Rimfirecentral,Only cost 50 American.Best 50 bucks i ever spent.I havent had one problem in 4000 rounds and shoots like a champ.:D,Before the bolt work was done my ruger was jamming alot.

Good to know. Thanks for the tip. Maybe I'll go down that road again sometime.
