Bad News Good News?

Well I was stupid, I bought my M14 using money from what turns out to be my last paycheck, my job ended today. Am I mad? Hell yes! Am I going to sell the M14? Not if I can help it!

Time to go job seeking! Looks like I'll have to move away from Likely though as there is no work around here.

But at least I'll have my M14 which should arrive day after tomorrow! did I mention I also bought a scope mount at the same time?

This is what I am scared of, I don't qualify for EI right now so my income is literally zero!

There is no work in this town right now which means moving....

If you can, try to hold onto that rifle for 6 to 10 months. If you can keep it that long and if Marstar did indeed get their "Last" shipment you should be able to sell it for quite a bit more than you payed for it! I stil have fond memories of a Girt Laskin guitar I sold, cause I needed money. Looking back on it I wonder if I shoulda starved? Man that was a sweet playing guitar!

Yeah this is an unfired Norinco M14 with an already installed USGI Synthetic stock, scope mount, and scope which hasn't even reached me yet

Right now my bills only amount to $100 a month plus food....

Think about it, the rifle is only a couple days to a week max of income, don't sell it unless you really have to. I've had work related cell bills for a lot more than my Marlin 45-70 and Telus can go to hell before I would sell it to pay them. Consider the rifle a tattoo and find another way.

A shooter selling his rifle is like a carpenter or electrician selling his tools.
