bad round

i have puarchased a 100 pack of remington 9mm ammo when i was checking it out i noticed that a hole side of one casing had been torn off and it was empty but the bullet was still attached what would you guys do e-mail them or what?

I would send a picture of the round, the name of store, along with the Lot nunmber on the box, to the Manufacturere. And keep the round, in case they want it.

and from my experiance, id say dont send it to them, if they want it.
could get lost in the mail, easy
