BAD TAB Mod 3 has arrived

I'm trying to put this on my Sulan brand Turknelli. The hand guard pinches it and I can't seem to pop it in.

Should I try filing the plastic down? Bend the steel lip a bit?

Btw, I have the mod 1.

Should not need to but, a little bit off the handguard mY help.
Normally. Just place the rounded end on the handguard retainer then grab both handguards and a good tap and it will seat

Figures I have the one Turknelli made with tight tolerances. :rolleyes:

The plastic handguard doesn't have enough meat on it to file off. I think I'll try to file down the tab just a touch and see if that works.
