I’m pretty sure they are a division of defiance machine. Used one at Defy The Distance prs match in the Friday side match chambered in 223.

Yes they use a Defiant action.

Badrock is owned/run by Defiance Machine. The South Fork rifle uses a Tenacity action but with a controlled round feed bolt. I'm not sure who's barrels they use but from what I've heard, they shoot. Defiance makes nice stuff...
