Baikal 12 g Over under any Feedback

I am looking at getting into skeet shooting but don't want to spend alot to start and was wondering if anybody can give some info or feedback on the Baikal over under for a beginner ???
 
I have one. With a minty black walnut stock. I have used it for Bird, Skeet and Deer. Yes, its super refined for target shooting and Strong enough for shooting slugs. It has chrome barrels and will last my lifetime. Because mine is a higher quality piece its well worth it. When Baikal went main stream in North America, quality did go down abit. I think its would be a good starters gun.
