guys in Russia have troubles getting them....and you are asking about Canada 
))
just call to Baikal distributor and ask them....or buy another Baikal and have a spare buttpart....but in this case you will need to fit a new barrel....

what would be the best way to put another barrel on this setup?
to get a second IZH-18HM in a desired caliber......and try if it fits to yours one...if not - just have a second one in Russia guys send their guns to the factory to get a second barrel, but it requires a pile of paperwork to be done in order to get it that way.... second barrel - second firearm...... to much headache
