I just bought one of these in 7.62 x 54R from Ellwood Epps:

They have the 7.62 x 54R and the .222 Rem on sale or $200! They have a not bad trigger, a spiral pattern hammer forged chrome lined barrel and a good recoil pad. The front sight elevation is screw adjustable and the rear sight is bomb proof. The stock is stained birch and feels good for offhand shooting with the open sights.

It strikes me as a bargain at that price.
 
That is a good price. I had one in the 7.62X54R. I was able to find some 215 grain bullets for it. Very accurate and easy on the shoulder. I would like one in 7.62X39 that would suit me just fine. They are well made and rumour has it the barrels were made by Steyr ....
