the manual is right clay buster, but dear, u r not getting it properly, rather u are mis-interpreting it
the button u r reffering to , is the " carrier latch button " claybuster , which was referred to by jay in post dated 06-03-2011 by telling its location as "Then hit the button on the side of the receiver "..... u can confirm it from the manual from the page 13 which also bear picture 9 clearly showing its location with an arrow mark. i copy it as by pasting the text below so that u may find and confirm it easily by referring gack to the manual
"3. After inspection, release the bolt by depressing the carrier latch button (See Picture 9)."
the part of manual u quoted is correct and confirms my version , but u wrongly interpreted the " carrier latch button " to be the " carrier stop button " which i referred to and is situated near trigger guard. u can refer to my post bearing no 37 dated 6-3-2011 that i said " let me tell u , the baikal would eject only if the notch located near trigger guard, under the reciever is pushed " . u can further confirm its location in the "item 2 " picture 27 of the manual . and if u want to furher confirm it , see the location of respective buttons at pic 9 and pic 13 . i dont think u have or have ever fired and used a baikal mp 153 , dearest claybuster

Generally, I try not to loose my cool.....however, I think this thread should be locked before it gets out of hand because the Assclown OP is now really starting to annoy folks with his assumed expertise and dumbass comments on the subject matter!

How about you not waste too much time fiddling with semantics and bouncing the same information unnecessarily?
How about you addressing the need first to ramp up further on your own “expertise” regarding the contents in that Manual since you are apparently having challenges to simply grasp even a single line within a tiny paragraph (of that manual) that had already been highlighted for your benefit?
How about you first trying to understand exactly what are being said to you instead of you trying to make others understand about what they were telling you in the first place?
Given the fact that you started the argument on the subject of MP-153 dependability in self defense situations - if you are so brilliant, why not simply dump that shotgun model instead of dumping any remnant of common sense and go for some other firearm that will meet your specific needs? Or alternately, lend that other cheek!
Finally, I shall say this again, you initiated a thread about what was/is really a non-issue to begin with, and at this point, merely what would simply be considered a stupid obsession on your part as you continue to drag forward your incessant and meaningless arguments!

come on , come on , come on, take it easy dear take it easy u have become too hot . i dont see ur so called cool u bosted about , in the radious of two miles around u . get ur " COOL " back , u need it most around u presently................ now coming to the point .......... where u have taken the pains of posting the image of the part of manual , that has been quoted by dear claybuster, u should have posted the parts those i quoted too with my post 37 dt 6-3-2011 so that every body who has not seen manual may compare as to who is right and who is wrong. so far about the part u have posted the image of, i have already said in my post 42 above ,that it is right , but my dear honorable claybuster ( and now u too my dear sir) is mis-interpreting it by assuming the carrier latch button " to be the " carrier stop button as i have already clearified vide post 42 above ......................... so as the matter of other weapon is concerned , i shall be doning it when ever i thought it feasible, presently i am satisfied with my baikal mp 153 , and yes my cheek is at ur disposal , till u get tired sweet heart

Contrary to what's going on inside your brain, folks here are quite clear and can easily distinguish between the separate functions of "Carrier Latch" and "Carrier Stop" buttons.
Have you had the capacity to quickly understand then you shouldn't have to go beyond that tiny paragraph in that manual (quoted by Claybuster) to seek any more elaboration from a perspective of that topic of "non-issue" that you had raised originally - the same topic of "non-issue" that has long since fully sunk in the quagmire of mumbo jumbo that you have been presenting so far!
Really no need for you to further clarify anything more here. If you haven't tuned in to the frequency by post #46 then I seriously doubt anyone here will learn anything useful from you other than staying amused by your ludicrous verbal antics!

the manual of baikal mp 153 shows the gun good enough for HD purpose too, but in my opinion , it is just apure hunting shot gun a very good one in its price range. the reason behind that thought is the element that baikal mp 153 does not feed first shell from the magazine directly, u have to feed the first sheel manually in its wide open mouth and after wards it feeds the shells from magazine, while in other autoloaders u just have to reck the bolt & go bang bang...... so if some one is thinking to use baikal mp 153 as a HD gun , he has to sleep with a shell under his pillow to kick start the gun & i am amazed wat happen to a person , who is dependent on baikal mp 153 in any HD situation and looses or drops the first shell to spoon feed the gun , wont he loose the critical moments which can be proved fatal . wont mp 153 be proved a dead horse, wat are ur opinion nutz

It won't care what you do to it other than give it a smooch every now and
then and a rub or two of some kind or lube.
Feed the darn thing bottoms up or top down. Rech the bolt all you want and
it'll spit shells till the shells won't come no more. The bolt open on the last tossed will give you ample time to decide to spoon the top or thumb the bottom.

Appreciate the thought. Frankly, I'm not concerned.....should something like that happen then I no longer get to come here and that's all there is to it and nothing more!
However, I do not see any point in creating turmoil either and particularly where it no longer makes sense to do so.
turmoil never makes any sense even when it makes a sense to do.......... I may be wrong to many including u , my dear sir, but the " lust "u get in foorgetting any thing bad happened to u , and having a cup of hot coffee in chilling cold, with the person, who pained u some time, can not be attained, in paying him back in same coins...... without u , and without claybuster , this site, forum and thread looks as deserted to me as sahara desert,,,,,,,,,,,,,
