Hi
After reading alot about this gun I've decided to buy one in walnut with the
28" barrel. Where is the best place to get one from? I'm in Saskatchewan.
Thanks
Tony
Best go handle a few... The walnut stocks don't fit nearl as nice as the Synthetic. Unless you have really small hands, you will likely prefer the synthetic.
I handled both and chose the walnut exactly for the same reason you are recommending the synthetic version
The other thing you can do with the walnut version is oil it or even re-finish it. Some of the fellows on a similar forum have posted pics of nicely finished MP-153s.

Agree with bill c68 on this one.....suggest you inspect a synthetic as well (if possible) before making that purchase......more accommodating weather perspective.....not bad looking either. Solid performing firearm considering the price range and I'm not a real fan of autos
I traded off mine some while ago since I have a Benelli M2 as well.
I've got one. Had it for almost a year now and I love it! Mine came wwith 3 chokes and still cost less than what the local guy is asking for an 870 Express. What I have found, however, is that you have to case a case or so of loads through it before she starts to loosen up.
