Hello folks. I'm looking for an entry level over under that will be reliable, swing well, multiple chokes, 3" chamber, rib, ejectors etc...

I shoot left hand and I've seen the Baikal O/U Sporting 12ga for a resonable price. It has a right side stock palm swell and I would like to know how that may affect the feel and use of the gun given I'm left handed....?

I know of a used citori for $1000 3" and 5 chokes. I don't know the model (I have a call into the shop now to find out).

It's the age old question, do you buy quality used for a little bit more or go for a new gun....?

I live in a small town so I can't just go out and try a number of guns first so I'm limited on getting to know a gun first.

Thanks very much!

Roger that x2.

A properly sized & placed plam swell is nice on the proper side, but butt ugly on the wrong side.

Citori is a much better gun that will hold it's value better.

With shotguns I'd place my trust in quality first - "new" doesn't matter.
