A good friend gave me the press also a powder dispenser . also got a LYMAN loading scale model D-5 ..would like to know which dies will fit my press ????

will be loading BARNES 140 GR caliber 7mm rem mag ..

Blackpowder. Most reloading dies have 7/8x14 threads on the dies so most dies will fit all makes of presses. The exceptions to this is Lyman made a little "tong tool" that you held in your hand like a pair of pliers. Dies for these were called Lyman junior dies and were much smaller in diameter than the std dies with 7/8x14 threads. Lyman also makes the std sized dies. Some very large calibres such as 50 BMG have much larger dies that are 1 1/2 in diameter. Hope that helps
 
Lyman actually made a couple presses that use the smaller 5/8" dies. The 310 tong tool mentioned and the Tru-line Jr.

Most of the other newer presses use the standard 7/8-14 dies.
