Hey gentz,

Wondering what you guys are using and what you’ve used that’s not worth spending the cash?

Thanks

Nate

Ballistic by jbm has my vote. Has a huge bank of factory loads, bullets and variables. Found it to be very accurate as long as you feed it accurate data.

If your are serious about long range then the Applied Ballistics app does it. Nothing else comes close and offers what this can including customized ballistics data etc Developed by Litz himself.

Does strelock pro have the option to use the g7 bc?

I use a couple of different calculators but recently i tried the hornady app 4DOF that uses drag coefficient from a Doppler radar instead of ballistic coefficient. It was very accurate for both my rifle and my friends with 2 different bullets and speeds. 338 lapua 300g berger hybrid vs 338 lapua ai 300g scenar.

I need to use it some more before it becomes a go to app.

Yes Strelock has G7 option
I have tried many, Strelock is still my goto - once you input all data for each rifle/scope/load, then do a velocity calibration with drop charts, its usually pretty darn close if no bang on in its calculations. Input is key tho - gotta be exact
