Ballistic calculator app for Smartphone?

I have used both iSnipe and KAC Bullet Flight successfully. They both provide firing solutions to less than .5MOA of each other.

I've used 'Shooter' out past 1100 yards. Works excellent. Correct me if I'm wrong but I understand that Bryan Litz was involved with this programs development. Costs $10 and was well worth it. It saves all of my loads for all of my guns along with any other load recipe info and notes that I want to enter. Also has a fantastic bullet library that includes info on bullet lengths so it can calculate spin drift.

My only complaint is that it doesn't automatically grab barometer info from my phones sensor, I have to open a 2nd app for that and then type the reading into shooter. The shooter app does access the compass and level sensors for calculating angled shots as well as coriolis drift and coriolis rise. So far I haven't found coriolis helpful at the distances I've been shooting at.

I use iSnipe and am quite happy with it, but if I were to start over, I think I'd go with Ballistics AE. One of the episodes of Precision Rifle Podcast had Brian Litz from Berger Bullets on and talked in depth about the development and application of it. Brilliant guy and sounds like a great app.

Isnipe uses Litz's BC's.

And while maybe not his calculations, BC is the most important.

Depends. The value in using Applied Ballistics is the custom drag curves IMHO. So although accurate BC values are great, what point in the bullets flight are they accurate? The calculations in Applied ballistics that correct BC based on stability are where I see it being most powerful.
