ballon head 44 spec(save to use)

I got a bunch of Peters 44 spec. cases in some brass i bought at a gun show
Is this safe to use in cowboy loads it seems to be in good shape primer pockets seem tight or should it be retired as collecters brass.

If they are in good condition they are useable--but they are not as strong as solid head cases. That means their use should be limited to the lower pressure plinking/target loads. Don't use them for the 44 mag equivalent loads.

I used some ballon head cases for several years with no issues.
