Ballpark Value for Antique Davenport 8 ga

[dvj]

Hi:

I have inherited an antique Davenport 8 gauge shotgun that looks to have a damascus barrel on it. I am wondering if there is a website that would provide some information that would allow me to value it, for sale or does someone have a ballpark value? I can email pictures to someone if that would help.

What you really ought to do, friend, is post some photos right here, let everybody drool at it.

A lot of the guys here really know their onions and will be more than willing to help out.

But they can't do that with nothing to go on.

I'll add my voice to smellie's, and provide you with the link to the tutorial on how to post pics. Because I really want to see pics.

Welcome to the site.
