and Homeland Security, which is responsible for the rules, would not exist in a Republican administration ??? Check your heads.

this of course is all stemming from our government that did not want to be exempt from the new rules they implemented, direct your anger at our government, not theirs as they came forth and asked us if we wanted to be exempt from the new department of commerce rules and regulations.
I have often thought that Mr. Rock had a few "issues" that were kept under wraps by his handlers. His intention to legalize immediate entry, search and seizure on the basis of a "suspicion" formed by a police officer that a firearm is present within a premise (residence or otherwise) was an eye opener to say the least. He "claimed" to be trained as a lawyer as well!

When I saw the OP I was concerned, as this is what one would expect from BO and the Democrates. So I dropped Dave Manson a note last night to get the straight goods on shipping reamers to Canada.

Governor Tom Ridge another well known Republican was its first head. DHS is an amalgamation of 22 different U.S. Federal departments and agencies. The U.S. Coast Guard and Secret Service being two such organizations.
