Barclay Custom Rifle from Sask ????

A friend of mine has a custom .340 Weatherby Mag bolt gun. It is marked Barclay Custom, Saskachewan. It has a 3 lug bolt of considerable heft and a flush fitting detachable magazine. The action appears to be custom as well. Can anyone provide any additional info on this rifle, are they still made, is it truly a Canadian made custom action and where would one find a spare magazine.

3 big lug bolts and a hefty action plus a fluch magazine sound like it may be a Mauser 99 or Voerre Titan II. If you post a picture I can tell you if it is.

I don't have photos readily accessible, their are no markings other than Barclay Custom, and M-15 Superfire on the receiver IIRC.

M14 and M15 were Voere models. Eagleye.
