Is this ammo good to use in M1903 and M1917 rifles ? Thank you

The Barnaul plants do have rather extensive experience in the manufacture of small-arms ammunition. If you have used any Russian surplus ammo, chances are 50-50 it was made by them.

You mean pressure wise? They are fine if you don’t have one of the bad receivers.
Id feel a bit better with PPU Garand 30-06. Barnaul QC is spotty and you can have bullets too deep or too long which isn’t the best if you’re going for uniformly low pressure. One bullet is seated too deep, then the next one is hard to chamber because it’s pushing on the lands. I don’t mind that when I shoot them in my modern guns.
