barnes 110 + 130 in .308

hi

anybody have experience loading those bullets in 308 win with 1:12 twist

i should be able to stabilize the 130 but i wonder about the 110

i will be shooting these in a blr 20" tube

Faster twist to stabilize a longer bullet, so if it will stabilize a 130, you won't have a lot of issues with the 110's except finding the load that you are happy with.

My father used to shoot 110 spire points out of a Win 70 in .308. They shot pretty well, flat and accurate. I shot one of my first deer with them, and they served, though I probably would not use them now. They were what I had, so...

i'm looking at the 110 for coyote and wolf and 130 for deer for my 12yr old

still looking for a good used 243 but until then i'll try my luck with those
