Yeah baby
Has anyone tried these bullets in a 9.5 twist 7mag. Barnes states a 9 twist minimum but I`d like to know if anyone has had success in a 9.5. I think they would error on the side of caution so that they would stabilize in a slower 7mm. I`m thinking about a tikka t3 in 7mag for these.
Thanks

You will have no problem whatsoever. I rebareled my LH SA Ruger 77 into 7mm-08 Rem with 11" twist Sako very accurate take out barrel and my long 140gr Barnes X bullets so far don't tumble at 300m.:D

I once tried to develop a load in a friends Remington 700 in 7mm Rem Mag with a 1:9.5 twist witht the Barnes 175gr TSX which they also recommends a 1:9 twist. No dice, they were not totally keyholing at 100yds but they were definitely punching oblong holes. You may get lucky....or you may not.
