I got some Barnes TSX .25 cal flat base from Ebay(before they stopped bullets etc:mad:) loaded them up and went to range thats when i noticed they seemed to be keyholing the target. Is this normal? or has it something do with seating depth??

I have been shooting TSX's in my tikka T3 25-06 no problems with accuracy .
I found that they like higher preasures .Load closer to the max than lower end .
IMR 7828 SSC 57.8 gr. 100gr TSX bt. 3357fps.seated35 thou off
have loaded hotter . no key hole even at 500 yds.
You seam to be loading towards the low end even for non TSX bullets.
TSX's produce lower preasure than xbt's so to get the same effective preasure you have to load hotter . your load seams to be on the verge of min load requirements .

If they are 100 gr bullets it is a rare occurance but if they are 115 it is very common in the 25-06 to not stabilize. I have 3 225-06 and none of them like the 115 gr barnes. All love the 100gr bullets and produce sub moa with them
