Barrel break-in/load work-up

Any body tried or have any thoughts on killing two birds with one stone. I have a cz 550 .375h&h on the way and wondered if this would skew my results too much? With the cost of components going up and availability going down working up loads during barrel break-in seems like a win-win scenario.
 
Some barrels when new will foul a bit more than after a few rounds but few improve in accuracy significantly as they wear . I've never gone through a formal break in per se but I have cleaned some barrels after as few as 10 rounds when they showed excessive copper fouling but other than that I shoot till the groups open up then do a thorough cleaning , for some guns this means 20 rounds for others 100's. I'd work up loads as you start firing the gun and not waste components on a defined barrel break in procedure.
 
I like to establish pressure limits and adjust the scope during 'breaking in'... It usually takes less than 10 shots... and then go home and load some ammo.
