I have a Savage 64 FFR that I've recently purchased and love plinking with. I was looking at barrel clamp bipods and was wondering what your thoughts were?
Does it effect accuracy at all?
There is no way of ensuring consistent upward force from the bipod if the terrain changes or the shooter's hold as well as any cosmetic detriments on the metal finish. If the stock is solid mount the pod to the stock swivel stud.
